I just wanted to say again thank you for facilitating this training and for providing feedback in my videos. Reflecting back to when I first did my video to receiving the feedback and redoing the videos – I saw great difference in my delivery and content. I will definitely take everything I learned from this training and use it in my day to day job.

I took the suggestions to heart and pushed myself out of my comfort zone and was surprised how much I learned about new ways to approach several situations. Feedback was very specific which is really helpful. The exercises replicated situations we need to handle well – be well prepared on short notice to make important decisions that have a significant impact.

You give participants opportunities to really understand not just how to be a better leader but how to be a better person.

The “classwork” was extremely valuable. First, it channeled our focus. You didn’t present too many topics. The simulations reinforced it well. I was able to draw off of that content in my simulations but was also able to draw similarities to my real-life interactions with customers, co-workers, and loved ones.

Relevance makes rigor possible and that’s what I love about scitrain. It’s so relevant that we can push our folks into a little uncomfortable state but the takeaway is more powerful because now they’ve exercised that in a training module in a developmental way rather than having to own it right away.

The candidness of the feedback and the real time nature of it was very positive and the ability of the coaches to hone in on very specific details was powerful.
