scitrain is the best solution to go with because it’s so customized. They really take the time to get to know the customer and what their story is and then build the cases around those internal challenges.

The facilitators and organizers were great. They acted out their roles well and I really felt the stress of the situation. I also appreciate the time my colleagues took to act as observers and give feedback.

I took the suggestions to heart and pushed myself out of my comfort zone and was surprised how much I learned about new ways to approach several situations. Feedback was very specific which is really helpful. The exercises replicated situations we need to handle well – be well prepared on short notice to make important decisions that have a significant impact.

This is coaching and feedback I personally have been missing for many years. It’s common for me to hear “you’re doing great”, but rarely do I hear critical feedback or areas of improvement. This is great!
