Agile Change is Culture Change
Our approach supports leaders, teams, and individual contributors in developing an agile mindset and behaviors.
We first build leadership teams and transformation communities that champion change. They then expand by bringing new ideas into the organization and have people experiment and gain experience with different org structures and ways of working.
Once parts of the org who are ready to move into new structures, pilots are put into place. When pilots are completed and optimized, the structure is scaled across the organization and processes put in place to sustain change.
