Overview & Approach

Agile Processes

Home Organizational Transformation Agile Processes

Agile Change is Culture Change

Our approach supports leaders, teams, and individual contributors in developing an agile mindset and behaviors.

We first build leadership teams and transformation communities that champion change. They then expand by bringing new ideas into the organization and have people experiment and gain experience with different org structures and ways of working.

Once parts of the org who are ready to move into new structures, pilots are put into place. When pilots are completed and optimized, the structure is scaled across the organization and processes put in place to sustain change.

Hackathons

Game-Changing, Fresh Innovation

Experience a game-changing approach to engage people and enhance business performance. The hackathon process will promote a culture of innovation and challenge the operation norms by fostering ownership and rallying support for major initiatives.

Hackathon methodology will allow teams to:

  • Experience an agile way of working.
  • Create tangible outcomes and experiments in solving issues related to culture, business, processes, structures.
  • Empower people to drive change and innovation.

Design Sprints

Chart a Path for Team Success

Design Sprints combines multiple powerful tools such as Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), Team Chartering, and Design Thinking to learn about agility while doing it.

The underlying toolbox approach allows for a great amount of flexibility to meet every team’s needs.

    Scrum Sprints

Scrum Sprints take prototype products or services that have been previously created and refine, test, implement, and scale them to be used in day-to-day business.

    The value proposition is:

    • Leverage a powerful agile framework for focus and achievement.
    • Learn new ways of working while completing real business tasks.
    • Experiment with different agile methods such as time boxing, Kanban boards, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
    • Foster ownership and empowerment.
    • Improve the customer experience.

“Success today requires the agility and drive to constantly rethink, reinvigorate, react and reinvent.”
