scitrain believes that each individual has the ability to grow and develop. Our coaches use a variety of researched-based approaches to guide leaders through a process designed to help them realize their true potential.

Executive Coaching Process

scitrain works with clients to ensure coachees are paired with coaches that match their style and have specific experiences important to them. Engagements are chosen based on the length and desired outcome of the coaching engagement.

Coaching Packages

We offer a variety of Coaching Packages that are customizable to your unique business needs and goals.

Sprint

 

  • Concentrated short-term coaching focused on previously identified needs.
  • Includes 10-12 coaching sessions to be used within 3 months.

Essentials

 

  • Minimal or light upfront assessment
  • Approximately 2 coaching sessions per month

Full Impact

 

  • Assessments and in-depth interviews with 3-4 stakeholders to align on goals.
  • Includes 3-4 coaching sessions per month.
  • A second iteration of stakeholder interviews is included to assess progress.

Premium

 

  • Assessments and in-depth interviews with up to 12 stakeholders to align on goals.
  • Includes 3-4 coaching sessions per month as well as onsite day(s) to be used at the discretion of the coach and leader.
  • A second iteration of stakeholder interviews or assessments will be used to measure progress.
