Job Summary:

scitrain, ltd. is hiring a Program Manager to support our business by delivering an impeccable customer experience! At scitrain, we specialize in both leadership and organizational development, with a strong focus on assessing and developing the behavior of the leaders we are privileged to work with. We’re looking for a hardworking, organized, process-oriented individual who thrives in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment.

As a Program Manager, you’ll be an important member of our consulting operation, by helping to manage and execute customer programs from point of sale to program delivery in an orderly fashion. This position is ideal for someone who strives to create efficiency and put others at ease with confidence and organization, communication, and strong interpersonal skills.

Essential Responsibilities:

Program Management

  • Work in partnership with other members of the Customer Facing Team (Account Managers, Designers, etc) to deliver high-quality programs
  • Create cross-functional project plans for customer projects and programs
  • Coordinate communication between internal project teams and customers
  • Lead internal project team meetings and customer meetings
  • Manage all project deliverables to achieve on-time execution
  • Ensure program materials are updated based on customer feedback or requested changes
    Gather and respond to all customer feedback

Program Delivery

  • Deliver onsite and virtual programs for customers; support delivery of other programs as needed
  • Ensure delivery teams provide excellent customer experience whether virtually or onsite

General Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members efficiently and effectively
  • Follow established processes and procedures
  • Accurately store documents and resources on the file-sharing server
  • Actively discuss personal skills and development areas with the manager

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management, customer/account management, event planning
  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, communication, marketing, human resources or business required
  • Experience with leadership development and organizational design/development preferred
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Google products
  • Passion for helping others
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated skill in critical thinking, detail-orientation, and organization
  • High level of trustworthiness, responsiveness, and flexibility
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment
  • Ability to handle ambiguity while continuing to problem solve and maintain an action-orientation
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a self-directed manner
  • Strong learning and continuous improvement mindset (self, others, processes, etc.)
  • Ability to learn new programs, systems, and technologies
  • Travel required (>50%) – Currently, a majority of our programs are virtual. However, if the client needs change, an increase in in-person programming could occur, resulting in increased travel expectations.
